Hamas political leader Ismail Haniyeh threatened over the weekend that the group's rockets have the ability to "strike anywhere in Israel."
In a video conference with Turkish journalists, Haniyeh boasted that "our missiles cover all of Israel, and the leadership of the Zionist entity knows that aggression on its part will be met with a harsh response from us."

"We will oppose an independent Palestinian state on the [19]67 borders, although Hamas agrees to a Palestinian state on temporary borders, and this is not a concession on Hamas' part on the rest of Palestine," he said.
Haniyeh, who according to a report in Israel Hayom, has been prevented by Cairo from departing Gaza to raise funds in Iran, further confirmed a delegation of senior officials from the terrorist organization's political bureau residing overseas had arrived in Tehran for an official visit, which is set to last a number of days.
The Gaza-based terrorist group confirmed Saturday that a sixth installment of financial aid from Qatar would be transferred to the Strip this week.
The majority of the funds will be transferred as aid money to over 60,000 needy Palestinian families in Gaza, with each family set to receive some $100. In a statement, Hamas said the aid funds would be handed out at postal banks in the terrorist enclave beginning Monday.
On Friday, some 6,000 Palestinians in Gaza rioted on the border, burning tires and throwing rocks at IDF forces. According to the Gaza Health Ministry, over 90 protesters were taken to hospitals across the coastal enclave.
According to the Palestinian report, over half of those wounded sustained injuries from live fire.
